Barre Envy Welcomes You!
New to Barre? No problem! Our instructors help people who have never set foot in a barre studio before, all the way to long-time barre fitness gurus who need an extra challenge! We keep our classes to small groups to personally help our students on their unique journeys, and if you are new to the workout, we are happy to start you off with the basic movements of barre fitness at a comfortable pace! Some Things You Need to Know!
What to Wear
It is about comfort and breathability! Wear form-fitting clothing, like yoga pants, t-shirts, or tank tops, and you will need to have grip (yoga) socks! Long hair will need to be tied back, and accessories like hanging necklaces or bracelets removed for safety.
What to Bring
Barre Envy supplies complimentary fresh water and clean towels — we believe that details matter, and we care about your comfort! Do not forget your yoga socks (but if you do, we have them for purchase at the studio!)
When to Arrive
Please come 15 minutes early to sign in and complete any paperwork required; get acquainted with the studio and prepare for class!
What to Say
Your instructor will ask if there are any old injuries, conditions, or physical sensitivities that may require modifications. Be honest! We adjust classes to accommodate individual needs and for safety — do not do anything painful for you.
