Hi Barre Envy friends! I’m Ashley, a.k.a New Ashley, and I’m so excited to be your new barre instructor. I grew up a competitive dancer but had to take a step back after a big injury in college. I discovered barre and fell in love with the fact that I get to incorporate dance technique with workouts that make me feel good from the inside out!
Outside of the studio you can find me at the beach, traveling, or teaching. I’m an English/ESOL teacher and have worked all over the world from China to Italy! So far, I’ve been to 18 countries and counting. Now, I work at a private school in Boca! I can’t wait to learn about all of you and be with you every step of the way in your barre journey!
